Palisades is a single PWR unit located in southwestern Michigan, located on Lake Michigan, 68 miles southwest of Grand Rapids and 117 miles northeast of Chicago.
The site is owned by Entergy, and began operation in 1973, generating 800 MW and currently is preparing for decommissioning in 2022.
