Site Information
Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station’s two BWR units are located 8 miles northeast of Oswego, NY and 44 miles north of Syracuse.
The site is co-owned by Exelon, Électricité de France and Long Island Power Authority. The units were put into service in 1970 and 1988 and generate 1,907 MW.

From Oswego Rte 104 East
- 1.5 miles make a left onto George Street.
- At the next traffic light, make a right onto Seneca street/Lake Road.
- Travel east about 5 miles until you reach the Nine Mile Power Plant Entrance and Security Checkpoint.
For the Learning Center and Entergy Center: Take the first left.
For Unit One, Unit Two, and the “P” Building/In-Processing Building: Turn left at the second road.
